Lowerse Tours of same place of second part, Aury Lowerse Tours of same
place of third part, Cornelius Drake and Marytie his wife nee Marytie
Lowerse Tourse of same place of 4th part, and Jacob Ffreeland and Annitie
his wife nee Annitie Lowerse Tourse of Acquackanung in the county of
Essex of the 5th part. Recites deed from East Jersey Proprietors, on 25
Mar 1687 to Corn'l Richard Tounsley, Elbert Elberse, Jacques Corteleiau,
Richard Stillwell, William Nicholls, Catherine Hoaghlandt, Roeluff
McCortons, Peter Jacobs, Ruth Joosten and Hendrick mcChielsen on Passaic
River, etc. Does not state quantity. In 1692 this partitioned off to
owners. On 24 Aug 1695, William Nicholls & wf Ann conveyed his share to
Lawrence Arentse Tours, Lawrence died and by his last will dated 24 May
1707, devised the same to his children Arent, Johannis, Aury, Marytie,
Annytie. They and thier heirs deeded same to Jacob Vreeland 30 Apr 1734
