A Microsoft September 2003 Cumulative Patch that pretends to be a critical message from Microsoft, suggesting that the users update their system with the attached "Patch***.exe", where *** is a series of three numbers.

Swen is a mass-mailing worm that hides itself in the form of email attachment. Opening the attachment will install a trojan horse program on the victim’s computer which allows remote access of the infected machine.

Users with updated virus protection should be protected. If you are unsure, try to run your virus programs update utility and scan your system afterwards.
