This hoax is one of the oldest currently in circulation. It came into being after Budweiser released its Budweiser frog campaign in the late 90's. A rather humorous screensaver was released shortly afterward by the Budweiser website. This is however, a hoax. The file BUDSAVER.EXE is not a virus. It is simply the installation file for the screensaver. This hoax may have been created by a spammer trying to gather email addresses, or perhaps by a user who misidentified a real virus that had infected the Budweiser installation file. The best course of action if you receive such an email is to simply delete it. Forwarding on this message simply allows the hoax to propagate creating unwarranted fear to all those you forward the message on to. The best course of action is to simply delete this message and continue reading your email.
