1. Go to the Windows Menu (Start Menu), then click on Network.
2. Select "Network and Sharing Center".
3. Select "Set up a Connection or Network".
4. Select "Set up a dial-up connection". Hit Next.
5. Depending on your location, enter one of the following into Dial-up phone number:
     Lancaster: 654-2133 (and surrounding areas)
     Columbus: 834-5124
6. Enter your account information. Be careful as it is case sensitive.
     User name: <your Login>
     Password: <your Password>
7. Make sure "Remember this password" is checked.
8. Enter:
     Connection name: Green Apple
9. Check "Allow other people to use this connection". Hit Connect.
10. If you are currently using the phone line, hit "Set up connection anyway".
11. Hit Close.
12. Close Network and Sharing Center.
13. Close Network.
14. Go to the Windows Menu (Start Button).
15. Click "E-mail - Windows Mail". (If this does not appear, click on "All Programs" then find "Windows Mail" in this list and click on that)
16. Upon startup of Windows Mail, an automatic setup wizard may appear. If this does, skip to step 22. If no wizard pops up, continue with the next step (step 17).
17. Go to Tools > Accounts
18. You may see Microsoft Communities (default) in the list. If so, click on it once, then click Remove.
19. Hit Ok to confirm the removal.
20. Hit Add.
21. Select "E-Mail Account". Hit Next.
22. Display Name: <your name>. Hit Next.
23. Enter:
     Email address: <your login>@greenapple.com. Hit Next.
24. Enter:
     My incoming mail server is a [POP3] server
     Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: mail.greenapple.com
     Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.greenapple.com
     Hit Next.
25. Enter:
     E-mail username: <your login>
     Password: <your password>
     [x] Remember Password
     Hit Next and then on the next screen hit Finish.
26. Close Windows Mail.
