Windows Mail is the replacement for Outlook Express 6 and comes preinstalled with Windows Vista and later.

1. Go to the Windows Menu (Start Button).
2. Click "E-mail - Windows Mail". (If this does not appear, click on "All Programs" then find "Windows Mail" in this list and click on that)
3. Upon startup of Windows Mail, an automatic setup wizard may appear. If this does, skip to step 8. If no wizard pops up, continue with the next step (step 4).
4. Go to Tools > Accounts
5. You may see Microsoft Communities (default) in the list. If so, click on it once, then click Remove.
6. Hit Ok to confirm the removal.
7. Hit Add.
8. Select "E-Mail Account". Hit Next.
9. Display Name: <your name>. Hit Next.
10. Enter:
     Email address: <your login>@greenapple.com. Hit Next.
11. Enter:
     My incoming mail server is a [POP3] server
     Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: mail.greenapple.com
     Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.greenapple.com
     Hit Next.
12. Enter:
     E-mail username: <your login>
     Password: <your password>
     [x] Remember Password
     Hit Next and then on the next screen hit Finish.
14. Close Windows Mail.
