Having your email screened against these RBLs is one effective means for reducing spam.  Green Apple offers customers the option to have their emails screened against Real-time Blackhole Lists (RBLs).  An RBL is a list of servers which are known to be sending spam.  Green Apple's spam screening service is free, but you must subscribe to have your email screened. To subscribe, please send an email to "spamcop@greenapple.com" indicating that you want your email screened for spam.

Green Apple has added another effective antispam RBL list to our established set of lists. The MAPS RBL+^SM  list that was recently added is maintained by the Mail Abuse Prevention System (MAPS). MAPS is an organization dedicated to fighting Internet SPAM.
