A Windows virus, Mimail, is making the rounds. The virus spreads via email and exploits a known bug in Microsoft Outlook Express.

Messages containing the virus look like

  From: 'admin@greenapple.com' or 'admin@[some other domain]'
  Subject: your account [random string]
  Attachment: message.zip

  Message:
  Hello there,

  I would like to inform you about important information regarding
  your email address. This email address will be expiring. Please
  read attachment for details.

  Best regards
  Administrator

Infection occurs when the attachment is ran.
