Jdbgmgr.exe is the latest email virus hoax to hit the internet.  The email claims that you have received a dangerous and undetectable virus via email and it must be found and deleted from your hard drive.  The jdbgmgr.exe file is actually a necessary file needed for a Microsoft JAVA runtime engine and should not be deleted.
