W32.Gibe@mm is the latest worm to hit the net.  It uses Microsoft's Outlook and its own SMTP engine to spread.  It arrives as an email which is disguised as a vital Internet Security update. The attached file, Q216309.exe, when executed will attempt to copy itself to all locally mapped remote drives and send itself to recipients listed in your address book.
