| The My Account facility was developed to allow our users
the ability to manage the technical and billing aspects of their service with
us. The following are services now available through My Account : Change account
password Payment and invoice information is available online back to the cutover date, 11/30/1999. Outstanding balances at that date were zeroed out in our old billing system and transferred as opening invoices as of the 30th into the new. Important to the successful adoption of My Account is its being secure. We believe the facility represents state of the art in this respect through the use of secure servers, digital certificates and the fire-walling of databases and applications.
